The Imperial Merchant Ship Chathrand has seven decks and a hold. 

 

From high to low, they are:

TOPDECK (roofless) 
Main Deck 
Upper Gun Deck 
Lower Gun Deck

Berth Deck 
Orlop Deck 
Mercy Deck 
HOLD

Built upon the topdeck are the FORECASTLE (at the bow or front of the ship) and QUARTERDECK (at the stern or rear), both of which are reached by ladders from the topdeck.

The QUARTERDECK is the command center of the vessel, and is normally restricted to officers. CAPTAIN ROSE’S CABIN is beneath the quarterdeck. The ISIQS’ STATEROOM is located at the extreme stern of the upper gun deck.
